ConferenceXP is a shared-source research platform from Microsoft Research. ConferenceXP provides a simple, flexible, and extensible conferencing and collaboration platform that has the ability to take advantage of high-bandwidth networks and wireless environments.
ConferenceXP assists researchers and educators who want to
develop innovative applications and solutions for research involving real-time
collaboration, wireless-enabled classrooms, and distributed learning
environments. ConferenceXP provides the infrastructure that supports three
primary scenarios: research collaboration, wireless-enabled classrooms, and
