The Innovation Center Virtual Reality (ICVR) is part of the ETH Institute for Machine Tools and Manufacturing (IWF) as well as of inspire AG. Like the German Fraunhofer Institutes, inspire AG is the interface between academia and industry.
Due to the interdisciplinary character of Virtual Reality, the ICVR group consists of multiple disciplines, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, and industrial design.
